We got a BIG turkey for Thanksgivings. Yori went to Mollie Stone's and got teh last kosher bird. The day before Colette massaged teh bird inside out (literally) with garlic, olive oil and spices. Then everuy few hours we massaged some more oil into its delicate skin.
